About us

My name is Simona. I became interested in life coaching when my University lecturer said “Write 10 words about yourself and answer this question: Who are you?”.

I stared at my paper and the only two words I managed to write was ‘Simona - Mother’. “Surely I am more than my name and a mother”, I thought. At first, I struggled to put my emotions and thoughts into words. I started to use metaphors, imaginary scenarios, body language, symbols and creative painting to express myself. This first question lead to another, and then another. Gradually I’ve learned to understand and accept who I am while flourishing to the best of my abilities. Now I am guiding others to discover themselves and unlock their potential too.

Working with young children as a teacher and mentor for over15 years I have been exploring and discovering their interests, finding out what motivates each individual, understanding their intentions and observing their behaviour. This has given me a unique map of children’s internal working models which helps me to guide them.

My coaching style is mainly a person-centred Approach (Palmer & Whybrow, 2018) and I add a drop of A.I.(Appreciative Inquiry), a dash of Montessori, Steiner and Reggio philosophy (following the child during experiences in the favourably prepared environment) while being guided by Positive Psychology and the Stoics.
